PiLi wine bar restaurant

Delicious dishes, lovely sea front surroundings and excellent service, Pili is just a breath away from the city centre, in Koum Kapi area, open daily-except Tuesday,-from 12 noon until late at night.

“Here we try to produce something really good every day, we make delicious, real high end cuisine with fresh, quality raw and moslty local materials. This is something we attach great importance to, the raw materials that come into the shop are constantly checked and returned to the producers if we ourselves are not satisfied with the quality. It’s something I don’t make any concessions to,” chef Savidakis Giorgos confences.

As for the menu, it is updated and will continue to be updated frequently: “We will have changes in our menu, not in the main body but in individual dishes. In other words, we keep some “fixed” dishes and almost every month we will create new ones, which we will add to our menu”.

Among the dishes that stand out are the brisket with crust, the saganaki with a mixture of three cheeses, the Iberico pork steak, pappardelle pasta with veal, chorito with peppers, potato salad with apaki (local meat ane recipe), squiofita –traditional made pasta-with smoked eel, beef stir fry, barley with seafood and many many more . A ‘must try’ restaurant indeed!
