Chania and started being built in 1908 over the remains of the bastion Piatta Forma. It is built in the shape of free cross, influenced from the buildings of the called “Iron Age” of the late 19th century, characteristic of the industrial revolution. The building, which stands out for its elegance and balance, maintained, formatted the morphological features of late new classism years.
