Villa Dionysia is located in the Turkish Quarter of the Old Town of Chania. It consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and has access to the roof terrace, from where there are panoramic views of the Old Harbour as well as the White Mountains.
Villa Dionysia is considered to be one of the best renovation projects of an old house around the Old Town of Chania and has been restored with original features and luxurious finishes.
The house was purchased in 2007, and took a while to complete but originally was said to belong to a Turkish Tzar it also has stood the test of time through the last two wars and was believed to have been used by the owners as a safe house for the English and Cypriot soldiers.
During the renovation nearly everything was renewed apart from some original features.

First floor – Master bedroom it has a king size bed; a large vanity unit; oak wardrobes and bedside cabinets. Master bathroom– has a shower, bath toilet and heated towel rail.
Second bedroom – Italian double bed and bedside cabinets.

Second floor – Third bedroom – two single beds and cupboards.
Open-plan lounge – Two sofas, satellite TV, an iPod docking system, DVD player, A/C, electric heater and a gas stove.
Dining area – table with hand carved stone base and chairs.
Kitchen – Hand made kitchen and is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee-maker, dish-washer, washing machine and a big fridge-freezer.
Access to the roof terrace with glass-roof entrance .
All bedrooms have wi-fi internet, satellite TVs, A/C units, electric heaters and beddings.
The roof terrace is furnished with sun-beds, settees and a dining table with chairs.
Parking is also available in the small square next to the house.
The villa is within a very short walking distance to the port and all its facilities, restaurants and bars as well as three small sandy beaches in the KoumKapi area (east of the Venetian Harbour) and about fifteen minutes’ walk to the beach at NeaHora, which has a fantastic marina (west of the Venetian Harbour).
